Tony is a third-generation marine transportation professional specializing in marine terminal management, operations and optimization.


Tony holds a BSc in Business Administration & Public Policy, with Honors in the major (Marketing and International Business Management) from California State University Dominguez Hills, Carson, California. He brings 15 years of working experience in world-class private and public maritime organizations.


He served six and half years as a superintendent and assistant manager at A.P. Moller-Maersk Group's A.P.M. Terminals in Los Angeles, CA and U.S. headquarters in Charlotte, NC, including process improvement and project experience. Service of Eight years with the U.S.A. Navy.


From 2002 to 2006, Tony served at sea, including time in war operations for the operating and the navigating departments as a bridge watchkeeper on the U.S.S. Hawes FFG53 (Oliver Hazard Perry-class guide missile Frigate). He has a Third Mate's Ocean Going License, U.S. Navy certified equivalent. Homeport for the U.S.S. Hawes was Norfolk, Virginia, U.S.A.


From 2007 to 2010, Tony was a logistics specialist at the Military Entrance Processing Station Command in Los Angeles, California. Tony is certified by the U.S. Navy as a Quarter Master (QM2 - the equivalent of Second Mate), and a logistics specialist / LS2 (S.W.).
