- • We have been the lead architects in establishing several important Marine milestones.
- • We built Canada's second-largest Tanker Owning Company, "ENERCHEM TRANSPORT."
- • Enerchem introduced the first Chemical Tanker operation in Canada, with chemical tankers operating
in Canada and Internationally.
- • We introduced the very first Canadian asphalt carrier.
- • Purchase and Operation of the only U.S. flag tanker company in the Great Lakes.

SALES AND PURCHASE
As principals, we have been involved in the S&P market,
purchasing and selling several vessels. We follow the market closely
for shipping investments and can provide advice/consulting on any aspect of this process.
RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
We have realized several commercial significant projects, such as:
- • On behalf of the World Bank, we Studied on location (32 days) the water transport of oil and gas products for the Island of Madagascar for privatization purposes.
- • We have established Canada's second-largest and most diverse Tanker / Chemical Tanker /Asphalt carrier Ship-Owning Company.
OPERATIONAL PROJECTS
- • On behalf of Soquip, the Province of Quebec oil Company we have studied the viability of Gas transport by marine mode on the St. Lawrence River. Today Canada's cornerstone work for Gas carriers on the St. Lawrence River.
- • On behalf of the Royal Bank of Canada, we operated nine self-unloading bulk carriers to establish higher market values for resale.
- • On behalf of SODES (The St. Lawrence River Development and Economic Council), A Province of Quebec para-governmental think tank. Chaired and guided the research and publication of the econometric study of liquid cargo transportation on the St. Lawrence River.
